Yes.

The only problem with it is that there is no software that will run under
WinNT so it is a bit annoying for me because i have to dual boot to win95.
It has worked without problems for me (I have probably programmed about
50-100 pic16c84's with it - hehe trial and error developement - faster than
simulating).
