Someone has already mentioned the very useful WWW PICLIST archive but
the list server itself also holds old stuff.  My WWW page mentions it
I think; I forget the details - send something like "GET PICLIST date"
(where date defines month and year) to listserv@mitvma.mit.edu.  The
listserver will then mail you a (big) file with old PICLIST traffic.
