I've discovered some strange thing in the Microchip programming specs
 for the 16C84.. i hope someone at Microchip is reading this message
 and can answer my questions.. and maybe correect the manual.

 2.3.1.8

  Point 1: "Load Data All 1's" ... ? for Program or Data memory?

  Point 2:
  Bulk Erase User Memory  does not exists.. maybe
  is Bulk Erase Program Memory?

  Next paragraph is repeated two times...
  They speak about a test memory ... ? maybe the configuration memory?
  Or the configuration memory but extended also to the data memory
  (0x2100) ?
