The only redeeming thing about it is that it should be easy to make mailing list software detect and eliminate it. If the mailing list were running on a Unix box, I'd volunteer to write a script to do it, but if memory serves MITVMA is some sort of IBM mainframe. For that matter, eliminating all base64 and uuencoded stuff would be a good idea. I'm not opposed to sharing binaries, but they should be put on FTP or Web sites, or sent only to specific recipients.
