Sorry for the OT nature but does anyone know of a supplier for
4260 type DRAM chips (4Mbit SOJ) here in Australia ? I need a
small quantity for a current project. (Yes,it has a Pic too !)
RS list them but are just a tad expensive at around A$80 each !
