Sorry. I just pulled that link out of my bookmark file and obviously
haven't been there for a while.
A search engine should find a few sites and then start following links.

Have a look on the Semi manufacturers web sites for DSP starter kits.
Analog devices have some good books and also some starter kits, as do Texas
Inst and Motorola. Also have a look for some MatLab related sites.
