Lattice gives out their full programming spec. The daisy chain
programming
is extremely handy if you want to program multiple chips in circuit. It
is
a bit more expensive, but re-programmable.

Check out http://www.latticesemi.com/ It is well worth the effort to
wade
though all the information.
