Hello,

Several internet sites recommend the use of simmsticks and a programmer which
they plug into. As I am a beginner, could someone tell me what these devices
are for. Can you prototype a project then plug the stick into the programmer
to program the PIC without removing the processor? What are the advantages
over other type of proto boards?
