I think there was a discussion about NT4 last year.  Could
anyone let me know if I could use

1  MPLAB 3.31
2  ICEPIC add-on for MPLAB
3  ICEPIC32

directly under the NT operating system (without creating a
dual boot system into win95), ie just using NT4.

My reason for asking is because I am thinking of upgrading
my PC to run under NT instead of win95.
