You can try http://www.ibfriedrich.com/download.htm There is a free demo Version ot the 'Target2001' package. It is limited to 3000 elements, where an IC counts some elements. Very easy to learn and enough for small circuits. There are also all Manuals in .pdf format. The Tutor-Circuit is with a PIC ! :-) And now some bad news : it's all in german ...
