It's the 16C874 you're looking for. Don't hold your breath though.
It seems that Mchip decided to take small steps at a time. You'll
notice that, on the 1998 Line card, the following parts are promised
for 1998 :

Mchip added some EEROM data memory, but the program is stil not flash.
There are a few other uninteresting new flavours too.
