A really bad search engine, FAX quality scanned pages, slow as I don't know what. I had our library here buy a copy one year (emphasis on one year). I find the printed EEM to be very useful. I don't know if they've improved the CD ROM, but I'm not willing to go through the trouble to justify to my boss why I need to go through the trouble of having it ordered again.
