Hello Octavio,
I am waiting for mine now.  I ordered the color version of the chip.  It was
supposed to ship at the end of december.
The color version is about $35 US without lens and it has all digital out.
Most CCDs supply the video information in analog form.  You have to have an
A/D to digitize it again.
