Hi,

In my latest project I have been planning to use serial FRAM.

I have used it before with no purchasing problems, but when I
contacted my local distributor yesterday I was given a 16 week
lead time and told that Ramtron's lead times are extending all
the time.

 o Is this really true?

 o Can anyone suggest somewhere where I can get the devices
   on a shorter lead time?

 o Does anyone have an e-mail address for Ramtron?
