I'm using it to emulate a 16C620, which has brownout protection on-chip. The emulator DOES NOT have brownout protection on-chip. Whenever my application fires a relay, it makes a glitch that sends the emulator into LaLa Land. it will do things like not increment on INCF, ignore watchdog timeouts, or step through comments as if it was executing code, stuff like that. If it's not the brownout problem, then it's probably some other noise related glitch, cuz it mostly happens whenever a relay fires. So far I have not found a solution. Apparently the PICMASTER has the option of running on it's own internal power supply, and also has better shielding to the probe. I'm begging my boss for a PICMASTER for christmas.
