hello picsters
    has anyone ever built a circuit to monitor the change in speed of a
dc motor using
the spikes (or noise) created by the motor the way i evision it working
is
start the motor then reset the pic and it learns the signature of the
noise
apon any change in speed the pic processor reports it to a cpu using a
I2C connection
any code or hardware sugestions would be appreciated
