        This morning I finished a short segment of code that uses a
PIC16C84 to read the date and time (HH:MM:SS AM/PM) from a Philips'
PCF8583 calendar clock.  The code is sort of cut and paste from other
sources found on the net, but it works.  Right now the 16C84 is sending
the time and date info to an RS-232 port for debugging purposes.  If you,
or anyone else are interested in the ASM file let me know and I will send
it to you.  It is well documented, but very could use some refining.
