Mark, I think you'll find the Panasonic devices are only suitable for longer delays with a maximum clock in the vicinity of 1 MHz and a relatively long sample length. A long time ago (20 years?) Reticon (later EG&G Reticon) made a part that would meet your requirements with about a 40dB S/N for video processing. I have no idea if it is still available or even if Reticon is still in existence! Today it may be more practical to use a flash A/D, a bit of RAM and a D/A to implement your required delay.
