I've got an ICEPIC 16CXXX emulator for sale, complete with daughter
boards for the 16C54,55,56,57 (AC165201),  16C620, 621, 622
(AC165202) and 16C62/63/64/65/72/73/74 (AC165207).

The unit is in complete working condition.  We are upgrading to a
Picmaster to get the ability to have trace memory.

Original purchased cost is  $1407.  We would consider an offer of
$1200 for the omplete system, or $250 each for any individual
daughter board.
