I have been having trouble with a 16c71JW.  The program fails to start-up
properly if too much light is falling onto the chip. The problem was solved
by putting a sticker over the window.  Has as anyone else come across this?
Could it be caused by a slow VDD rise time or by drawing to much current
from the device ?

On another issue, presumably there a finite limit to the number of times a
JW part can be erased.  Does anyone know what this limit is ?
