Come on, 32kx8 ram chips have to be one of the most common sizes of static
ram around.  Your 62256LP style chips are still used extensively in things
like pocket organizers and such, and your xxx199 style chips are one of the
major cache chips for PC motherboards.  Both are available from JameCo for
about $4...
