> Yes. The software costs about $300 and you need a $260 communications (From another message) > Where do I get the free software? I pulled it off the web site a year ago. I haven't been back to have a look to see if it's still there. It also comes with the comms module (from what I understand). This is Wavestar Lite. The main differences are: Only a single sheet, single settings and single notebook. The full version allows multiple waveforms with different settings on the same sheet. Lite only allows you to display what is on the scope. No notes capability. Lite only supports the RS232 (in case you were going to get the GPIB version) No import/export (but there is std windows cut/copy/paste to other apps) BTW. For those in the bottom half of the planet. I bought my scope from Farnell as they had better pricing and availability than the distributor. The same certainly isn't true for the comms module, judging by the figures above.
