Doesn't sound like they we very helpful  was that your Impresion ?

I have played with a couple of the commands (timeout on the serin and
pause 1 = 100us not 1ms),but not what you want to do.
However I am fairly certain that in your case you should be changing
the pbh.inc and not the pbl.inc
