I have used the version of MEL's PICBasic that Micromint supplies with
PICStic. The PBL.INC file is in the directory \PBL\INC in my version.
They also used to have the current PBL.INC on their website. Best of
luck to you trying to change it! The version I have is in Parallax
format. They also wrote it for (somewhat) compactness, not readability!
