You didn't mention the year, but if your car has a feedback carburator system, it may already have a fuel cut solenoid installed in the carb. My car has 2 of them for emissions control during decel, and to stop the engine from running on after its keyed off. These typically operate on 12v+ on/off. Just install a relay or transistor in its path, controlled by the pic or switch or whatever. If the primary fuel supply is choked off, the car will be undrivable, expecially if its an automatic. A fuel injection system would be just as easy to disable with the appropriate ecm pinouts.
