I have the hardware that I need and most of the software to build some PIC
 projects (16C84).

I am not totally new to ASM programming, but I was wondering if there is an
 electronic guide available and what the URL may be.

Also, if you point to some of the books available, please include an ISBN number
 so that I may order it from a local book store.

Especially the ISBN for "Pic'n Up the Pace" (and it's previous counterpart).
