Hi Francesco, 1)When I did ISP for PIC16C73, I connect two Vss to the ground, suggest you use a om meter to measure the R between two Vdd or Vss, if the R is equal to short, only one is OK. 2)ISP only need RESET, PB7 and PB6, if you don't connect these pin to the ground, it should be no problem.
