Hello!
I would really be gratefull if anyone of you guys could answer the following
 two question please?

1) When you program a PIC with two Vdd pins and two Vss pins, do they both
need to be connected?

2) Still when programming a PIC, what will happen if any of the I/O pins is
connected to ground?
