In this part of the world, Dick Smith Electronics sell them - they are 600mCd devices, from memory, and (compulsive purchaser of new technology that I am) I can say that they work quite well, emitting a white light with a touch of blue. As they use a phosphor coating over a blue LED, off axis radiation is also white, unlike the multi-chip white LEDs.
