I've used Devcon Flexane (TM) 94 liquid 15250 with good luck.
The stuff is a two part urethane available in the US at
industrial supply and industrial plastics houses.

Black. Opaque and seems not to screw up 4Mhz resonators.

It works well in molds, just use some liquid floor wax on the
mold halves to prevent adhesion.
