Microchip and HI-TECH Software will both be providing technical
assistance for this compiler.

Microchip has advised that it will not be updating its MPLABC
compiler for the midrange devices, and recommends that its customers
use the HI-TECH compiler instead

Cross-grade pricing is available for existing MPLABC users to switch
to HI-TECH PIC C.
