I have used the RS232-powered serial programmer (3 resistors, 3 zeners,
using an existing vcc) with COM84 and PIP02 on my 486-33 (w3.11). It worked
perfectly, although it programmed only when I removed the Xtal (I use a
breadboard, so it's easy to remove a component).

But with my new faster PC (P-II 233) it does not work (I tried both dos and
w95), neither does antti's (newer?) picser (w95 only).

Is any programming/driver SW available for the RS232-powered programmer on
a fast PC under w95?
