This is a 1/2 amp, 4.5-15 volt chip. The biggest ones that ROHM makes are in the 2 or 3 amp range(if it doesn't have a big consumer use, they don't make it). One of these days I will debug and document a big H-bridge for the list, but right now I'm working too much.
