I vote for no attachments (I am a DIGEST kinda guy).  I'm sure that a
repository at a WWW page or ftp site can be found for most things.

I, for one, offered to upload the GIF that started this thread to my
personal site (I did this via private E-mail, BTW), but someone else had
already beat me to it.

I also vote to split the list:  PIC-GENERAL for [OT], lawsuit
discussions,  and banter (which I enjoy), PIC-TECH for code and hardware.
 I would subscribe to both but would read the TECH first.

BTW, the notorious GIF file for the Cheap Sonar Unit (for other digest
types who got the same "heiroglyphics") is at:

It is compressed and self-extracting.
