The cost obviously isn't significant to those of us who don't pay by the
minute, but to some it is, so it doesn't hurt to be considerate.

What is significant is the number of posts that include two or three
pages of quoted copy, usually including headers, and followed by a two
or three line comment. The time required to sort through these is
ridiculous...
