     Not at all.  The first responsibility of a
     newcomer is to learn how to use the tools
     at hand.  Not to do so is (rather too politely)
     referred to as laziness.

     Look.  Go to alta-vista.  Type 'pic faq' and
     hit enter.  Gee.  Look at all the hits!
