Actually, this itself is one of those perennial questions. :) There ARE very good pic FAQ's to be found. Andy Warren's is perhaps the best (surprise!), certainly in depth of the answers if not breadth. I think the answer to the question is the same as the answer to the 'unsubscribe' issue (because the causes are the same). Pic FAQ's are easy to find. If you haven't read an FAQ it's because: you're too lazy to look for it; to dumb to find it; or don't have web access. The only solution to these three problems is to post the FAQ regularly to the list itself. Judging from past experiences, the list reacts badly to this sort of repetitious posting (even though it is seeking to avoid repetitious posting). Certainly proceed with setting up you own Pic FAQ. But be aware that quite a few already exist. ___Bob
