The $149 PICSTART PLUS I just got works fine hooked to the cheesy Zeos
Pantera(75 mhz pentium) I have at work, running win95(osr2) and MPLAB 3.22

Did you read Frank Dalton's post about his problems with the Picstart Plus?
He has a fast computer, but got an update(to the firmware? dunno) and it
works now.
