Speaking of conductive material I did lots of research to find out good conductive material to be look like a tape. the Idea of using tape is good for repairing remote controller's rubber push buttons and many other places. the best one I found is 8MM METAL TAPE. one side of this tape is fully conductive. try this see it may work for you.
