Yeah, Tom, but I was talking only about Microchip's "breach of contract" complaint against Parallax. Microchip's NDA just says that "Recipient's duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence expires on (date)". I'm no lawyer, but _I_ interpret that paragraph to mean that the information can be disclosed after the Agreement expires...
