Yes, I have been using the Rice 16 for about 4 months with the 16C62A.
It has worked well and supports source level debug and single stepping
using the Hi-Tech ANSI C compiler.

I was impressed to be able to get a new user interface for operation
under Windows 95, with the software upgrade available on the web for no
charge.  And when I had a support question, it was answered via e-mail
almost immediately.
