I'm sorry the pages seem to be unstable at the moment.  The "forbidden"
message is quite misleading though.  What really happens is the AFS mounted
filesystem that contains my pages goes AWOL for a while.  I've moaned
about this problem myself but nothing seems to have happened to fix it.

I've been told the pages are still useful despite the little time I can
devote to making sure they are up-to-date.  This means that I'm not going
to pull the plug on them altogether.
