You can download it from www.htsoft.com/pacific, and it has the advantage that its user interface is the same as our cross compilers. It has an adequate debugger and our usual excellent diagnostics, it has been found by many people to be an excellent tool to learn C. The current version says it's shareware (free for non-commercial use) - in fact we have made it freeware, just have not got around to updating the download. Oh, it's bug free too - at least none of the many thousands of users who've downloaded it in the last two years has reported any.
