Sorry to diverge from the original Toshiba display thread...

I have an old Tosh [T-1100] 386/16 laptop (if you can call it that
nowadays) - which is essentially still working (except no 40MD HDD)...

More specifically, it has an orange (EGA) plasma display panel... does
anyone know anything about these and driving them ?  It would be fun to
stuff ti in a box and hang it on the front door or somewhere !
