I do not think this is new for you but it was new for me.
one of my pic 16c56 I decided to damage becouse of I programed it "otp"
wrong I decided to make barbecue with it. first thing I did reversed the
power polarity waited for about 2-3 minutes it got so hot probable you
could fill the heat from far a way. I cooled it down turn it on still
works, then I increased the voltage instead of 5 connected with 18 volts
got hot again then after cooling down still worked what a reliable
product.
