     I honestly _don't_ want to be too pedantic
     about this.  But I believe there is a huge
     difference between a company that is shipping
     a working product, and a company that has a
     working product that they intend to ship at
     some point in the future.

     With the information I have to hand about the
     Scenix chip I could _not_ recommend it for a
     new design.
