Right now we're using the /JW packages and have tested them for months cycling between -40 and +150 deg C. Unfortunately though, the /JW is only spec'd to 125 (150 storage) but not tested to there. For the full temperature swing (-55 to 125) you have to go to something like the PIC16C74A-04E/L. All the high temperature parts are in plastic packages (I guess plastics are better than they used to be). You're not going to find any mP or mC based upon Flash or EEPROM that will operate to 125 (let alone have a full 883 classification). We used to use (for a decade) the RCA (then Intersil, now Harris) CDP1805A which we ordered with the Mil-883B specs. Hope this helps, Matt
