Get some reversing film from KEPRO. This is how I do all my in-house prototypes. 1. Print a positive (copper-black) on drafting mylar with a laser printer 2. Place it on reversing film and expose to UV. 3. The reversing film comes out with the copper areas clear and the non-copper areas opaque.
