Another lamp to use is a GERMICIDAL type. It is also refered to as
disinfection lamp. It emits a short-wave ultraviolet radiation with
peak at 253.7nm. It is used for killing viruses, bacteria etc. I have
been using one for general EPROM erase and ST62XX wiping. A few
seconds and its all gone. From time to time I leave it on in my
caravan and sweep out the dead bugs afterwards. It actually smells
clean afterwards. SO, use a germicidal tube and  *kill two flies with
one stone*
