I would like to ask for power consumption of PIC16C64 and PIC16C65. My application is 
very power consuption sensitive. I started my development on PIC16C64. I use 2.54MHz 
crystal and 5V. Current consumption was about 0.6mA. But if I try use PIC16C65 with 
more memory, consumption is about 1.6mA at same frequency and voltage with the same 
code. Is this normal behavior of 4kB PIC microcontrolers or I do something wrong?
